This one story typical Spanish house (200m2) with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, large luminous living room, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace and garden (1000m2) with private pool (12x5m) represents an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Las Chapas Playa, at just 300m from the finest beach in Marbella.
~ Inside
A large hall welcomes you into the house. From here you can enter the living room, go to the two guest bedrooms or to the kitchen and master bedroom. The living room is very spacious, has a lounge area with two sofas and armchairs, flat screen TV, fireplace and low coffee table. On the other side of the living room, an elegant dining area is arranged, with beautiful Victorian furniture and Victorian dining table with 8 upholstered chairs. A large sliding glass door opens onto the lovely terrace.
Master bedroom has a 180cm bed (2x90cm), dresser, small sofa, flat screen TV, wardrobe, large window and glass door opening onto the garden and fully equipped ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes. Third bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and spacious wardrobes. Both bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi shower cabin.
The kitchen, although not very spacious, is fully equipped with oven, microwave, water kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice machine, freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen you have a bathroom with shower. In the entrance hall there is a separate guest toilet. All bedrooms and living room have individual air conditioning units.
~ Terrace/Garden
A lovely terrace is accessible from the living room. The terrace has a lounge area with sofa and low table and also a dining area with a 6 sitter table. Here you also have a charcoal BBQ.A beautiful green grass garden with pine tree is surrounding the house and a 12x5m fenced pool with roman steps lays in front of the terrace.

~ Neighborhood
The villa is located in the exclusive Las Chapas Playa, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The entire area is secured and by night security guards patrol the streets.
~ Beach
The beach Playa el Alicate is 2 minutes walking from the villa (330m). It's one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, no rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
The nearest supermarket, SuperSol, is at just 500m (10min walking) from the villa. In the same area you have a very good German bakery and various restaurants like the Italian one, Da Fabio or Veranda Verde inside the Royal Tennis Club.The biggest mall and shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, with over 150 shops, is only 8km (8min drive) away. Here you can find a large variety of products, from clothes to food or construction materials, including Al Campo hypermarket, cinema and bowling center. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (at just 5km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important for you to know that all shops are closed on Sundays, except OpenCor (located at a 5 min drive) that is open 24h. The nearest restaurant is South Beach, at just 330m from the villa, right on the beach. Here you can also rent sun beds and spend an entire day relaxing on the beach with good food and great cocktails.
~ Activities
If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa (600m), Marbella Golf Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with club house and wellness center, considered in the top 5 golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). If you are passionate about tennis, at only 500m from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The Club is renowned for its clay courts, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racquet sport can be enjoyed in the fresh air, in a natural and tranquil environment. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 4km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia.The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 10 minutes drive to Marbellas city center (7km), just 20 minutes drive (18 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 40 minutes to Malaga International Airport (47 km).

We have our default 60 days full refund before check-in policy in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less than 60 days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
Rates are for the occupation of 6 persons,
Damage deposit of 300 euros must be paid 5 days prior to arrival and is refunded if no damage has been done.
40% of the total rent is paid on booking.
60% is paid 8 weeks before the arrival.
Check-in/check-out between 22:00 and 08:00 have a surcharge of 50 euros.
This property includes normal usage of electricity ( up to 80€ weekly ) extra usage is charged at 0.25€/kw upon electricity counter readings.
