Welcome to our holiday apartment Schwalbenstadl. The house, a former farmhouse, exudes a lot of tranquility and comfort. Amidst breathtaking views, one can find peace while still being very close to life. Beautiful outdoor area with seating options.
The holiday apartment extends over 2 floors. The fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room is located on the 1st floor. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have access to the sunny balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. A ski room on the ground floor is available.
On the ground floor, there is a small holiday apartment with 1 bedroom, which is only occupied sporadically.

The Hochzeiger ski area can be reached in about 6 minutes by car. Parking there is free of charge. If you prefer to leave the car at home, you can also take the free ski bus, which stops 150 m from the house and takes you to the ski area in 10 minutes.
The Pitztal Glacier ski area can be reached by car in half an hour or by bus. There, you can ski from mid-September to mid-May.
The Swallow's Barn is located in a small hamlet at an altitude of 1200m, 2 km away from the mountain village of Jerzens. The village can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in a 20-minute hike. There, one will find good shopping facilities for daily needs, several restaurants, and a doctor's office. The tourist office provides helpful tips for the holiday. Directly from the house, a hiking trail leads into the magnificent alpine world with rustic gastronomic mountain pastures.
