-bis 43 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50 % des Mietpreises
-bis 29 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 70 % des Mietpreises
-bis 0 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises
-ansonsten (später als 28 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises.
- Nichterscheinen oder Unterbrechen des Urlaubs… 100% des gesamten Urlaubsbetrags.
(2) Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden nachweisen.
(3) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
(4) Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
