This is a small classic beach vacation home: just walk to the beach! And it's in a car-free zone. The beach is beautiful with many beach pavilions. The 2 old towns Vlissingen and Middelburg are nearby with terraces and many restaurants, museums and events. A hotel nearby if you want breakfast and dinner or a swimming pool and sauna. Nowhere else can you cycle so much through the flat land or hike through the dunes. Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine! This house is a ready-to-move-in holiday home, from toilet paper to washing-up liquid, everything is available. You take your clothes with you and you can buy whatever you want in two supermarkets nearby. There is a large fridge and freezer ready for you. The house has a well-stocked kitchenette with modern crockery. Everything is there for cooking enthusiasts. Good combination microwave, air fryer, table grill, 2 coffee machines, a hand blender, 1 normal and 1 Senseo coffee machine. And also a washing machine. The spacious living room has a large sofa and patio doors to a large unfenced terrace. With a picnic table and separate patio furniture and good cushions, a large parasol and 2 outdoor sun loungers. Shower + toilet are on the ground floor. The spiral staircase leads to the landing with an additional table and the 2 bedrooms are under the sloping ceiling. The house has shutters to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are bikes for hire and a large stand with sun loungers on the beach. Children's paddles are available upon request for the beach.

The house is located in a pedestrianized walking area that is attractive all year round. The house is located west of Vlissingen with all its events, many beach pavilions. Large sea-going ships pass by that go to and from Antwerp. Vlissingen is an old harbor town and Middelburg an old provincial town. Zoutelanden is a really busy holiday resort. Domburg is also a classic seaside resort with a golf course and subtropical swimming pool.

The house is cozy, also included; from washing-up liquid to toilet paper. Is something gone? Buy this yourself and report this immediately via email. Please weld together everything that you have not spoiled!
There is only 1 free parking space. No. 41. If you come with 2 cars, please contact us.
There are bikes or a stand to rent. Garbage cans are in the parking lot. The grass is mowed on Wednesdays.
The fixed rent for the house + additional costs per person results in the total rent per week.
The deposit puts 500 €. The deposit will be automatically refunded after 2 weeks.
If costs are incurred, you will get your deposit back – minus any additional costs.
Tourist tax 1.76 euros per night and person. This was taken from the deposit.
Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that the house will be offered again.
If the house is rented, you will receive a maximum of 80% of this rent up to a maximum of 80% of your own rent.
You and the admin receive the bill. Your reservation is only final if you pay within 1 week. By paying you agree to these terms.

I am Rob, retired and managed with a number of people 4 holiday homes. Two houses: No. 1 and No. 2, are located directly on the water of the dammed up Maas in North Brabant. No. 1 = -Riet-, the larger house for 2 people [or with family up to 8 people] and no. 2 =- Home-, the more luxurious house for 2 people [or with family up to 4 people]. Both houses have an infrared sauna and in the summer swimming in the river. The other houses are in Zeeland. No. 3 = De Zon in Stee Aan Zee is a ground floor house for 2 persons [or with a family up to 5 persons] in a small recreational holiday park. No. 4 = - De Zon In Zeeland- for 2 or 4 people, is located in a small recreation park, directly behind the dune so you can walk to the beach:
