The Sea can be reached by walking down along the private road for about 400 meters (Punta di Zuccale), or along a path the beach of Zuccale can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or more, the beach of Lido di Capoliveri, of fine sand and shallow water, in just 2 minutes by car (with paid parking a few meters from the beach) or get off in 15 minutes on foot.

15 days prior to arrival, if requested, the deposit will be refunded in full and the

If in the 15 days prior to your arrival restrictions (by decree) arise that make it impossible to stay, you can use the deposit for another holiday in 2022/2023.
-TERMS OF CANCELLATION CAUSE COVID 19:
In the event of cancellation due to restrictions (law decree), for the unvaccinated there are no refunds,
from one of the two countries due to Covid-19 up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded and the cancellation will be free of charge.
If government restrictions appear in the 15 days prior to arrival making the vacation impossible, the deposit can be used on another vacation to be spent in 2022/2023.

From the moment of booking in case of cancellation, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
40% of the rented stay will be charged for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival,
80% from 29 to 16 days before arrival,
and 100% of the rented stay for cancellations or no-shows from 15 days before arrival.
