The flat is just 7 minutes by car (3-4km) distant from the biggest shopping centre with a very big supermarket.
The nearest ferry is in Colico 1,4 km distant from the flat.

Die Wohnung liegt mit Blick auf die Berge nah am Comer See. Von einem Balkon bzw. vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man den Comer See.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Como, Bergamo mit Città Alta und Mailand.

Wir hatten die OG Wohnung, die Lage ist familiär und ruhig. In 10 min am Megasupermarkt Fuentes mit Auto, 15 min fußläufig am Bahnhof, in 20 min am Wasser. (Bis 09:30 viele P vorhanden) Wir haben die Zugverbindung oft genutzt, da Parkplätze eher schwierig zu finden und sehr schmal und klein sind. In Colico selbst könne wir keine Restaurant oder Eis Empfehlung geben, wir folgten Google in so ziemlich jeden Ort linksseitig und waren begeistert. Tipp Wasserfall Bellano. Die Wohnung hat in einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung war einfach und funktional eingerichtet. Manche Dinge könnten vll auch erneuert werden. Der Kühlschrank war schön groß. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist für zwei 8 jährige Kinder sehr passend und brachte den Kindern viel Spaß.
