The pool heated to a constant temperature at about 28°C in order to guarantee our guests warm and relax swim at every hour of the day and whatever the weather.
The pool area surrounded by olive trees offer sunumbrella and sunchairs. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

This house is located in a residential, quite and well-served area with a Supermarket (Conad City). The flat is 700 m distant from Colico centre, railway station and main amentities and just 800 m distant from the beach, reachable by feet in 10 minutes. The shopping centre Iperal Fuentes is only 3 km distant.
Colico offers many activities as sailing, windsurf, kite surf, swim, relax on the beach, pleasant walks on cycle track, cycling, boat trips, hike on Legnone Mountain.
