Villa Louiza is 55 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. The furnishings, which include minimalistic pieces of furniture and wooden features such as exposed ceiling beams, harmonise with the villa and the surrounding environment. In the attic of each villa, there are two single beds and the guest can enjoy the view of the endless blue of the sea. On the ground floor, the visitor can rest on the double bed while having the balcony door to the sea view open. In the interior sitting area, the armchair is ideal for reading a book and the wooden couch for having a siesta after a morning by the pool. And before enjoying the sunset in the private outdoor lounge area, the fully equipped kitchen provides the guest with everything needed to accompany this magical moment.

Nikiti consists of two parts. The lower part near the sea where there are mainly summer houses and maisonettes. The newly renovated pedestrian area has many restaurants for fish, meat, pizza or fast food, all right by the sea! The landscape in the upper & older part is different and more graphic. Many houses have been recently renovated, keeping the traditional architecture of Chalkidiki, and the nice slate streets make the place ideal for quiet walks. There is also a nice bar and restaurant. The two parts of Nikiti are separated by the main road that connects Thessaloniki with Chalkidiki. On this main road you will find large supermarkets, bakeries and many other shops, including pharmacies, ATMs, etc. Nikiti belongs to the second "leg" of Chalkidiki called Sithonia. It is a place full of beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and beautiful landscapes.
The most convenient way to get here is via Thessaloniki Airport (SKG). From there, you can take a taxi or hire a car and drive to Nikiti, Sithonia. The journey is around 90 km and takes about 1 hour. If you type ArtHill eco villas on Google maps, it will show you the route.
