Spacious entry with an adjoining utility room. The living room, with sliding windows to the terrace, features a seating area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The open kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, filter coffee machine, Senseo, dishwasher, and oven. The en suite bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds (80x200) and TV is adjacent to the living room and has its own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The bedroom has sliding windows to the terrace. If you come with fewer people, the bedroom can be set up as an extra TV room upon request.
There is an extra separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds (90x200) each. One bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The third bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet upstairs.
Spacious garden with terrace, garden furniture, gas grill, Finnish log cabin sauna, and outdoor shower.

Location:
The villa 'De Rode H' is situated in a tranquil spot on the edge of Het Dennenbos forest in the bungalow park 'Het Hoogelandt'. It is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours across the island. The North Sea beach with the beach pavilion Paal 17 can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Ecomare is close by. At a distance of 1.5 kilometers, you will find two riding schools and a subtropical swimming paradise. Supermarkets, nice shops, and cozy restaurants can be found in the seaside resort De Koog, 3.5 km away.
Drive to Den Helder by car. From there, take the ferry to Texel. Upon reservation, you will receive further instructions on how to get there.

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid:
In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In case of cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).
