On the ground floor of Villa Viva is the spacious living area with panoramic views over the upper terrace. All the windows of the house offer a view of the romantic landscape. In the low season you can sit comfortably in front of the fireplace and let your gaze wander into the distance. In summer you live inside and outside through the large sliding doors. The tasteful furnishings with the visible roof beams and the beautiful terracotta floors or parquet offer every holiday comfort. The large Provençal kitchen is very well equipped. Here, "making food" becomes a holiday event. To the rear of the house is a double bedroom (160x200) and a beautiful marble bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a sitting area and another shower room. Below the house on the garden level is a completely independent flat with a separate entrance, where the english-speaking caretaker lives.
It is only 9 km to the beach in Cagnes-sur-Mer and only 20 km to the enchanting city center of Nice. Stroll through colorful markets or stroll through the winding streets of the surrounding artists' villages. Visit the perfume city of Grasse, the sophisticated Monte Carlo or take a detour to Saint Tropez. Here everyone will find an exciting destination close by for a day trip. The special flair of this region has already enchanted many and will inspire also You. The delicious Provence cuisine with the good wines of the area will help.
