On the ground floor there is a living room/kitchen with high quality interiors with spacious seating area with access to the idyllic garden terrace with greenspace.
The spacious and very tasteful living room with a rural ambience and traditional tiled stove has comfy sleeping areas for 3-4 people.
The large entry hall, the storage room and the separate WC offer plenty of space for the guests. A lovely wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are 2 bedrooms that have been lovingly furnished (two or three beds). Each room has its own stylish bathroom area (shower and tub) as well as its own balcony.
With the living room/bedroom there is an option of 3 separate bedrooms.
Access to the ski area is possible right on the doorstep.
In the summer the property is right on the leisure complex. (Crystal clear natural bathing lake, Kneipp station, heated outdoor pool with big slide). Hiking in the magnificent mountain landscape of the Kitzbühel Alps.

By car from Wörgl: exit at Wörgle West, 20 km toward Brixental. From Salzburg: towards Kitzbühel, further towards Brixen im Thale.
