In a wonderful and quiet spot, this breathtaking house facing the sea in Son Serra de Marina becomes the perfect destination for the holidays of 8 people. It has an indoor pool (not heated), a fabulous front terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and a large patio with a barbecue.
The 3-storey house has been decorated and equipped in great detail. The large living-dining room with satellite TV is a continuation of the main terrace, with amazing sea views and lots of light. The same light that reaches the kitchen thanks to the glass wall. It's equipped with induction cooker. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor we have the 4 bedrooms, all with double bed and air conditioning. All them have an en suite bathroom, 3 of them with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also has a great living area from where you can continue to admire the views. The house has oil central heating for the winter months and there is a cot and high chair available.
The main terrace is the perfect place to have a drink at sunset with your loved ones, listening to the tune of the waves and admiring the blue of the sea. At the back of the house, in the large patio with barbecue, you can sunbathe and enjoy your meals with more privacy. The large indoor pool (not heated) is undoubtedly one of the best attractions in the house. Here you can cool off after a morning at the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet and family destination, so your rest is guaranteed. There are some supermarkets and restaurants here and you will find a wider range of services and a great summer atmosphere in the nearby Can Picafort . The beach of sand, rocks and Posidonia with shallow waters in Son Serra is ideal for the little ones in the house. We recommend visiting the towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa as well as Playa de Muro or Alcanada.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
