The terrace of the apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day of sun and beach. With views of the sea at the end of the street, nothing better than a drink at sunset in the chairs and table on the terrace.
The apartment is on the second floor without elevator and offers a modern and cozy style. The dining room is equipped with TV-sat and air conditioning. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the basic equipment to cook during your vacation. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests will sleep in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. You also have a modern bathroom with shower. Finally, a cot, a high chair and a fan complete the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Port de Pollensa is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar and calm atmosphere. The street from the apartment leads directly to the sandy beach. From here, you can start a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops and restaurants. You cannot forget to visit the beautiful towns of Pollensa and Alcúdia, the viewpoint of Formentor or Cala San Vicente.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
