Residence Riai comprises 4, 6 and 8 person flats. In all apartments, privacy is guaranteed and you will find more than enough comfort. The indoor and outdoor parts are separated by a glass sliding door, through which you have direct access to the balcony.
The facilities (bar, reception, beauty and wellness centre) are open from April to October. The heated indoor pool is open until mid-May and from mid-September.
During the season, you can order fresh bread rolls at the bar and pick them up the next day. All flats have free Wi-Fi and free air conditioning.
Residence Riai has several swimming pools. There is an outdoor bar where you can order fresh bread rolls and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and an aperitif.

There is always something to do in the numerous lively seaside resorts and old towns on its shores. The lake is also ideal for numerous water sports such as swimming, sailing, pedal boating, surfing, rowing, water skiing or fishing.
Lake Garda is also the ideal starting point to discover Italy. Within a radius of 150 km are fantastic cities such as Milan, Padua, Venice and Verona.

In case of cancellation, the following amounts/percentages are due (in addition to the booking costs):
* in case of cancellation 4 months or more before the start date: 10 % of the rental price,
* cancellation between 4 months and 1 month before the start date: 30 % of the rental price,
* cancellation between 1 month and 7 days before the start date: 50 % of the rental price,
* cancellation within 7 days before the start date: 100 % of the rental price.

Cancellation in case of a travel warning (code orange or red) for Italy by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
You can rebook for another date in the 2021 or 2022 season free of charge (the (deposit) payment applies to both cases).
In case of cancellation of the reservation, 20% of the rental amount + €20,- for the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation after 1 May 2021 without travel warning: The usual cancellation conditions apply.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance (the cost is 4% of the rental amount) with us at the time of booking and you wish to cancel in connection with a travel warning after 1 May, only the cost of the cancellation insurance + €20,- for the reservation will be due. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
