The holiday home De Koektrommel is just a stone's throw away from the center of Domburg and only 190 meters from the beach and the Natura 2000 dune area. De Koektrommel served as a barn in the last century and has since been renovated twice, transforming it into a cozy holiday home for 2-4 people. The house is situated in a large, sunny garden and features a spacious south-facing terrace.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ortsnah gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Der Erhalt des Schlüssels war aufgrund des Schlüsselsafes ziemlich einfach. Nur das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden. Ansonsten kann man das Haus ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist etwas verlebt und sieht auf den Bildern schöner aus. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die Küche gut ausgestattet, Spiele und Bücher für Kinder vorhanden.
Wir hatten die Zusatzkosten für bezogene Betten gezahlt, jedoch wurde nur Bettwäsche bereit gestellt, beziehen mussten wir selber. Das Haus war noch etwas dreckig und nicht gut vorher gereinigt.
Was jedoch für sehr viel Ärger gesorgt hat, waren mehrere Ereignisse in drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen. Am ersten Tag wurde das Sofa getauscht und Zugang in unserer Anwesenheit verschafft, ohne uns vorher zu informieren. Am 2. und 3. Tag wurde pünktlich um 13 Uhr der Rasen gemäht und die Fenster geputzt, laute Arbeiten die unser Einjähriges Kind um den Mittagsschlaf gebracht haben.
Die Reaktion des Eigentümers war leider nicht verständnisvoll.
