Situated on a small hill not far from Labin, Villa Rosa is an ideal place for a nice family vacation. This beautiful three-storey villa can accommodate up to 10 persons in its 5 tastefully designed bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open fireplace and of course a fully furnished kitchen. The terrace and the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the surrounding countryside are a great place for swimming, sunbathing or simply relaxing on the lounge chairs. The fun in the sun is also enhanced by a gas grill and an outdoor dining area with a separate, fully equipped bathroom.

If you are looking for holiday which combines spending time on the coast with exploring the countryside, eastern Istria is a great choice. You will be close to the airport and several tourist centres like Labin and Rabac. Labin is a historical and cultural centre of that part of Istria and offers art galleries, concerts, palaces and fine restaurants which you can explore in the evenings while Rabac and its surrounding beautiful pebble beaches are a perfect spot for relaxing during the long
summer days.
The villa is located in a small hamlet called Presika right next to the picturesque Istrian town of Labin. At the hamlet itself you can find a café, shop or a restaurant only a short walk away from the villa. The seaside is a short 10-minute drive by car, or, if you prefer a more active holiday, you can rent bicycles at the villa and enjoy the countryside while leisurely pedalling your way to the beach.

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
