The newly renovated cottage Lavanda of 40m2 is located in a small tourist town Cervar Porat. It is only 100 m from the sea. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed for two extra people. Cervar-Porat is a tourist resort with a marina and 3 km away from the large center of Istria, the town of Porec. It was planned to be built in the indented bay of Sv. Marina, surrounded by olive groves and coniferous forests. The beach in Cervar-Porat is 1.5 km long and 500 meters away from the center of the tourist resort. Along the sea there are bike paths that lead to Porec and in the village there are several tennis courts. The marina in the neighboring bay Lunga has a capacity of 450 berths.
