If you prefer to explore by car, there are numerous beautiful locations on the reach of your hand. Amazing towns Like Rovinj and Poreč are less than a 30-minute ride away, and of course, the wonderful Adriatic is only a 5-minute ride away from the villa.
Brajkovići are a little Istrian settlement situated only 4 km from the Bay Limski and 8 km from the town Kanfanar. There are 84 people living in the village, making it a peaceful getaway close to the western coast of Istria.

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
