The apartment is a maisonette apartment on the first and second floor. The new and modern furnished apartment has 97 sqm and offers a very high quality furnishing. It was individually furnished by the owners. Enjoy a wonderful holiday at one of the best places on the Baltic Sea. Directly from the holiday home you have an incomparable view of the marina. The very neat and clean beach is only about 250m away and is characterized by its high bathing water quality. Two bedrooms in the upper level offer up to five adults sleeping in the most beautiful water view. In the spacious main bathroom there is a whirlpool, a shower and an infrared sauna with a music system. In addition, there is a shower bath in the lower floor level. The apartment is equipped with a dining area and a new and modern kitchen. From there you have a direct view of the harbor. The light-flooded living room is kept open and facing south. On three sides of the house there are balconies, so that you will find the best place depending on wind and sun. Directly in front of the house is a parking space available. In your own, spacious and lockable shed in front of the house you can safely store your bicycles and other things. Other equipment: Fireplace, flat screen TV with HD TV in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, music system, fiber optic internet and W-Lan, CDs / DVDs / books, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, baby bed, baby chair, 2 bicycles. The balconies are equipped with comfortable seating and lounging furniture. The Resort Olpenitz are at some places under construction. Therefore, it must be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.

Boat rental (also motorboats with and without driving license) directly in the harbor (100 m away). Two bicycles are already included in the rental of the apartment.
The apartment is located in the middle of the newly developing Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Not far away is Kappeln with its small harbor, restaurants and shops. Numerous leisure activities are offered here and in the surroundings. From spring 2018 the local bakery service will be supplemented by a supermarket, so the shopping is to be done on foot.
In addition to numerous water sports facilities and the nearby beach, there are numerous opportunities to experience nature or to get to know the regional gastronomy. Within easy reach of Denmark are also Eckernförde, Kiel and Flensburg with their shopping facilities as well as the outlet center Neumünster.
