In case of withdrawal from the travel contract, the traveling Customer, in addition to the opening fee and penalties on the cancellation of travel documents, will always and in any case be required to pay the following penalties:
30% of the full amount from the day of Bruno Viaggi e Turismo's written confirmation until 31 days before the beginning of the stay
50% of the full amount from 31 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay
75% of the full amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay
100% of the full amount if later.
The latter penalty is also valid if the Client terminates the stay that has already begun.
