Description

The ""Krapflgeusche"" holiday home in Muhr in Salzburger Land is an ideal starting point for families and friendly couples who love cycling and mountain tours as well as alpine hut hikes. Wonderful alpine summers, breathtaking mountain and dreamy winter landscapes paired with plenty of space and a large garden await you here! Notably, all the bedrooms and the entire property is equipped with floor heating, so rest assured that you would be warm and cosy even if during bone-chilling winters. There is a spacious terrace where you can linger with your morning coffee and garden furniture where you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast and unwind after an active day outdoors. You can also employ a barbecue or a grill during the evenings and enjoy delicious grilled food amid the mirth and laughter of your loved ones.

The house is located in the beautiful village of Muhr and is surrounded by meadows and alpine pastures. The region has also been a UNESCO biosphere reserve since 2020. Ski areas such as the Katschberg or St. Margarethen are only a few minutes away by car. All necessary amenities and shops are located in Sankt Michael im Lungau and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

The house is situated on an 800 m² fenced plot, where children can play outside and your dog can let off steam to his heart's content. A complete renovation has been lovingly carried out in recent years. The kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV (including streaming services in the living room). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es hat einen angenehmen Besitzer und liegt in einem wunderschönen und malerischen Tal. Es ist ziemlich groß (es hat zum Beispiel drei größere Schlafzimmer) und neu, hat einen schönen Garten, in dem man (unsere Söhne) draußen sitzen und spielen kann, und es verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, die man braucht. Bergwanderungen lassen sich gut im Tal selbst unternehmen (kleinere im Ort Muhr selbst oder größere weiter hinten im Tal zum Ursprung der Muhr oder des Rotgüldensees) oder in benachbarten Dörfern im Lungau wie St. Michael i.L. (ca. 10 km entfernt). Mehrere Skilifte in diesen Dörfern ermöglichen es Ihnen, noch höher in die Berge zu wandern und dabei eine sehr schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Wir besuchten auch das Porsche-Museum im (recht touristischen) Gmünde, das ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt liegt. Last but not least gibt es in St. Michael verschiedene größere Supermärkte sowie einen kleinen in Muhr selbst, der 7 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist, früh öffnet und in dem man auch Brot kaufen kann.

Es ist ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Die überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir einen schönen Abend genossen haben, rundet das Bild ab. Auch unser Hund konnte im umzäunten Garten frei laufen.
