Villa Mabuhay is located in the small Istrian village of Cetinići and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has everything you need for your perfect holiday - a large private pool and garden, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for sun loungers, whether you're soaking up the sun or reading a good book. The villa features 5 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each room has its own TV and air conditioning. In the living room, you'll find a large, open space with a stunning view of the pool and outdoor area, simply the perfect place to create great memories. The kitchen is fully equipped, and inside there is a dining room with a large table and 10 chairs. Every room is air-conditioned, and central heating is provided throughout the house. The exterior part of the villa boasts a 65 m² pool with three depth levels, so even the little ones can enjoy the joys of summer. Next to the pool, there are very comfortable sun loungers where you can just relax by having your morning coffee or a few summer cocktails.

Villa Mabuhay is located in the typical Istrian village of Cetinići. The location is ideal for exploring all of Istria. The coast and beaches, as well as almost all Istrian towns, are within a radius of about 9 kilometers.
The surroundings offer you a real break from the fast-paced city life. You can go for walks, bike rides, or even visit Croatia's largest adventure park "Glavani park," which is just three kilometers away!
