The villa is composed on the upper floor by a living room with kitchenette and two double sofa beds, double bedroom, bathroom with hydromassage shower box and veranda furnished with teak table and chairs; on the lower floor, another living room with two double sofa beds, another double bedroom, another bathroom with hydromassage shower box and another veranda furnished with rattan lounge.
The house has a well furnished garden with a stone barbecue corner composed of outdoor shower, barbecue, washbasin and worktop; it has two private parking spaces and it is well furnished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, washing machine, 2 LCD 42" televisions with digital terrestrial and DVD player, alarm system and well air-conditioned.
The beaches of Mare e Rocce and Pellicano can be easily reached on foot being 350 meters and are also suitable for children because they slope gently into the crystal clear water.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
Linen rental upon request: 20,00 € per person.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: € 1,80 per person per day, for people over 16 years old, for a
maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Small pets: always on request, 50,00 € per week.
