Villa Vito is a private house complex in small village Šarići, Zagvozd. There is only one resident living in it. Privacy during your stay is fully guaranteed. Overlooking the huge and beautiful Biokovo mountain, it really is heaven on earth for those who want to enjoy their vacation in peace.
Our private complex consists of three stone houses; two of them are loft houses for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with sofa beds. It has 4 bathrooms. Other small houses are designed as a barbecue area and gym.
Next to the pool there is a huge sunbathing area with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, shower room as well as an upstairs area with table and chairs. We also offer a large parking lot and a children's playground. While renting your accommodation in Villa Vito, you will rent all this only for yourself, nothing will be shared with anyone.

Villa Vito is located in a very quiet surrounding, close to the tunnel of Sv. Ilija, through which you reach the sea and the Makarska Riviera in 15 min drive by car. In front of the houses, you will be able to park your cars safely. 10 minutes far are supermarkets and ambulance, caffe bars, restaurants in Zagvozd.

Cancellation and termination of stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:

-up to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period: cancellation possible
-up to 43 days before the beginning of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 70 % of the rental price
-up to 15 days before the beginning of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 28 days before the beginning of the rental period) 100 % of the rental price.
- No-show or interruption of the vacation... 100% of the total amount of the vacation.
(2) The tenant can always prove a lesser damage.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
