Free cancellation is possible up to 61 days before arrival. Cancellations must be sent by email to info@fewo-alpklang.de or by post. The landlord will try to find a replacement tenant for the booked period. The costs associated with the search are borne by the cancelling tenant; a minimum cancellation fee equal to one night's stay is due, even if a replacement tenant is found.
If no new tenant is found, the cancellation fee is subject to the following:
- up to the 60 days before arrival: 25% of the invoice amount
- up to the 45 days before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
-until the 30 days before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount
- less than 29 days before arrival: 90% of the invoice amount
Tourist tax €3 per night, per person; children from 6 to 15 years €1, children under 6 years free of charge.
If children up to the age of 12 are specified as guests, the automatic price calculation will be incorrect.
Children up to the age of 5 stay with us for free. From 6 years €7.50. Children from 13 years €15.
The total price will be corrected and/or lowered upon private consultation with the host.
