Located in Benissa, on the outskirts of a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this is a 4-bedroom villa. It has a private swimming pool next to a lovely sun terrace with loungers, lounge set, outdoor shower, and dining furniture. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of 8 friends.

Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Haus mit einem schönen Außenbereich und einem schönen Swimmingpool. Der Außenbereich inklusive Außenküche ist sehr groß und komplett überdacht, so dass es immer angenehm ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr solide mit bequemen Stühlen und Sofas (auch drinnen). Allerdings sind die Betten nicht sehr gut, da könnte man noch etwas machen. Was die Dekoration angeht, ist das Haus mit vielen afrikanischen Kunstwerken etwas Besonderes, aber das haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Die untere Etage des Hauses ist eigentlich eine Art Gästehaus, das über eine seltsame und enge Treppe mit dem Rest des Hauses verbunden ist. Unsere Kinder fanden diesen Teil des Hauses etwas „gruselig“, aber sie haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Insgesamt ist das Haus für eine große Familie sehr geräumig.
Besonders bei windstillem Wetter kann es rund um das Haus zu einer großen Anzahl von Mücken kommen. Das ist ziemlich nervig, aber mit ein paar „Mückensteckern“ und etwas Spray kann man es unter Kontrolle halten.
