Discover this beautiful air-conditioned holiday home with private pool, located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Olonzac, 1 km from the banks of the Canal du Midi. It is ideal for families or friends.

Located between the village and the vineyards, this very modern loft is in a beautifully restored former barn. The thick stone walls keep it cool indoors and the refined decoration is admirable.

Olonzac, the capital of Minervois, is a very pretty village located on the edge of the Aude department, between the Canal du Midi and the village of Minerve, about 30 km from Narbonne and Carcassonne with its medieval centre. The region offers delicious wines and nice places with narrow streets and cosy terraces. Hire a boat for a trip on the Canal du Midi or have a picnic at Lake Jouarrès, 7 km away. The residence is just half an hour from the Mediterranean beaches and an hour from the Spanish border.

In the bright living room, the fireplace, which seems to float in space, points to the steel staircase. The back wall is glass and opens to the terrace and the beautiful swimming pool with counter-current. A unique location and an exceptional house: in short, highly recommended!

Top-Haus mit allem Luxus, schönen Betten, schöner Dusche in beiden Schlafzimmern und einer weiteren im Erdgeschoss. 3 Toiletten waren auch toll, wenn der Rest der Familie gerne lange auf der Toilette verbringt, unten ist immer 1. Außerdem ein super schönes Dorf, alles fußläufig erreichbar, leckere Bäcker, jeden Tag frisches Brot. es hat mir einfach Spaß gemacht

Das liebevoll restaurierte und gestaltete Ferienhaus liegt am Rande des Ortes Olonzac. Das "Zentrum" sowie drei umliegende Bäckereien sind in 3-7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist groß und die Küche super ausgestattet zum Kochen. Der Pool ist super für eine Abkühlung nach einem Tag unterwegs. Man sollte allerdings Mückenschutz verwenden. Ringsum gibt es viel Kultur zu entdecken. Die Orte Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne und Lagrasse sind alle in maximal 45 Min. per Auto zu erreichen und alle gleich sehenswert.
Der Müll (sortiert nach Glas, Plastik & Papier (zusammen!) sowie Restmüll) wird in Containern am kleinen Platz entsorgt. Zur Entriegelung des Restmüll-Containers gibt es eine kleine Codekarte im Haus.
Das Parken vor dem Haus war uns zu eng, aber wir haben in den Nachbarstraßen immer einen Platz gefunden. Es gibt um die Ecke sogar einen großen Parkplatz mit 120 Plätzen. Man muss halt ein paar Minuten laufen, aber das ist ja nicht schlimm.
Bei Fragen haben uns die Eigentümerin und die Housekeeperin sehr nett weitergeholfen. Wir empfehlen das Hause gerne weiter!

Wunderschönes Loft. Sehr geräumig und sehr künstlerisch dekoriert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine separate Klimaanlage, was an heißen Sommertagen sehr angenehm ist. Und beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine eigene Toilette und eine separate Dusche im Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist klein, aber schön und verfügt über einen frischen Swimmingpool. Die Terrasse kann mit einem schwimmenden Sonnenschirm gut geschützt werden. Das Parken auf der Straße selbst ist möglich, obwohl es sich um eine enge Straße handelt. Wir haben mit den Nachbarn besprochen, wo wir das Auto am besten parken können. Der einzige Nachteil war: Bei der Abreise wollten wir den Müll wegwerfen und brauchten dafür einen Pass, den wir aber nicht gefunden haben. Wir konnten den Müll nur in Homps in einen Container werfen.
