Ein schönes Haus mit angrenzendem Schwimmbad, aus dem regelmäßig viele Schwalben zum Trinken kamen. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist einfach mit Waschmaschine, ohne Geschirrspüler. Eine schöne große überdachte Terrasse, die willkommen war, da der Innenraum für 4 Personen recht klein ist.
Das Besondere ist, dass man vom Haus aus zu Fuß in den Obstgarten mit Oliven- und Zitrusbäumen gelangen kann. Es gibt auch Feigen-, Kiefern- und Mispelbäume. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Gelände ist mäßig befahrbar, mit schlechtem Asphalt und vielen Löchern und Schlaglöchern.

Der Name des Agriturismo Casa Mont Iblei entspricht nicht der Angabe auf der Straße (es heißt Frattoria Terra e Libertad), und auf dem Belvilla-Gelände gab es nur den Straßennamen Via per Canicattini und keine Hausnummer und das ist ein sehr lange Straße. Der Agriturismo war daher schwer zu finden.
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, aber es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muss Hunde mögen. Weil ständig Hunde im Haus herumlaufen und wir mehrere Nächte hatten, in denen sie uns mit ihrem Bellen wach hielten.
