Villa Ludovica is split into three floors and has a private parking area.
On the ground floor, you will find the living area with sofas and TV, the beautiful and large kitchen, with direct access to the garden and dining area, and a toilet. Up on the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which with a private bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower.
On the last floor, there are 3 more double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.
Outside, the beautiful porch is equipped with outdoor furniture, the perfect place for outdoor lunches and dinners, an outdoor shower and the swimming pool with view over the surrounding hills. The perfect spot where to laze? The hammock in the garden, of course!

Pergola is only 5 km away: here you will find all the main services, as well as restaurants where you can try local delicacies. Cagli, with its famous Torrione and its historic center, is about 20 km away. Not too far away you will then find the famous Monastery of Fonte Avellana, the beautiful Furlo Gorge and Urbino, a Unesco World Heritage Site. In about 30 minutes it is then possible to reach the Adriatic coast and the city of Fano.
From the motorway A14, from both directions North and South, take the exit at Fano.
Then take the motorway towards Rome SS73bis up to Sant'Ippolito. Exit and follow the directions to Isola di Fano. Once there, take Via S. Floriano and drive along this road for 2 km. Take then Via Sasso and drive along this road and Frazione Monterolo for about 8 km. For Villa Ludovica you need to take the unpaved road on your left.

If our guests wish to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 55 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 54 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental
During high season we accept only bookings from Saturdays to Saturdays.
