Description

A vacation filled with luxury awaits you in this 3-bedroom holiday home in Spa. Featuring a private swimming pool and bubble bath, you can have relaxed days here. It is near the forest and town centre and ideal for a group of 6 or families with children to stay with pets.

The Spa Francorchamps race circuit is at 15 km and the town of Spa with its thermal baths is at 2 km. There are many cultural and sports activities in the vicinity. You can try hiking and biking to explore the surroundings. Kids will enjoy the Plopsa Coo amusement park at 17 km. The ski lift is at 6 km and supermarket and restaurants are at 2 km.

The home comes with parking and heating and has a wood stove in the sitting room. You can enjoy computer games and unwind in the bar. Spend the evening on the terrace or furnished garden. The barbecue, sandpit and trampoline adds fun. Children's bed and space for 1 pet are also provided.

Check-in timings are 4 : 6 PM and check-out timings are 7 : 8 PM.

Hiermit möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa White nicht zufrieden sind.
Nachfolgend finden Sie unsere Liste:

Villa White war alles andere als sauber. (Siehe beigefügte Fotos).
Es gab Pilze in jeder Ecke der Toiletten und Badezimmer, viele Insekten im Haus, weil es keine Fliegengittertüren/Fensterläden gab.
Die Scharniere der Kühlschranktür sind verrostet (siehe beigefügtes Foto).
Die Betten waren für 2 Personen zu klein.
Der Whirlpool war nicht gefüllt, kaputt und unter einem schmutzigen Dach (voller Insekten, Spinnen usw.) untergebracht.
Der große Sonnenschirm über der Terrasse war kaputt; wir konnten es nicht öffnen.
Die Fliesen am Pool liegen hoch und es besteht die Gefahr, dass sie herunterfallen.
Die Schienenlampe in der Küche ist dreckig.
Die Villa weist viele überfällige Wartungsarbeiten auf.
Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss haben viele gelbe Flecken. Es sieht schmutzig aus!
Die Ankunftszeit zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr war viel zu spät und auch die Abfahrtszeit zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr war viel zu früh. Wir haben für 5 Tage gebucht und 3 Tage „Genuss“ in der Villa White bekommen.
Bezüglich dieser Liste bitte ich Sie um eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von € 500,00. Der Preis von 1.275,00 € für 3 Tage ist wirklich zu viel.
Ich werde mit diesen Beschwerden auch eine Nachricht an Belvilla senden.
