This very comfortable and modern bungalow is just a few minutes by bike from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. Bungalow 77 in Park De Wielen in Sint Maarten is equipped with all comforts and amenities. The newly built bungalow will be available for rent from the end of March 2022 and is suitable for 4 people. There is a sleeping option on the sofa bed for a 5th person.
The living room is very tastefully decorated in a Balinese style. The comfortable sofa in the living room seats 4 people. There is also a nice armchair. The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs. For the little guests, there is a high chair. The ground floor is comfortably heated with underfloor heating. The wood stove gives the house a cozy atmosphere. The Smart TV has Dutch and German channels.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. There is a dishwasher, a combi oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob, a Quooker (boiling water tap), plenty of cutlery, and a large set of dishes. In a separate room, there is a washing machine and a dryer.
On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have single box spring beds (80 x 200) of excellent quality. For an additional 5th guest, there is a sleeping option on the sofa bed.
Bathroom
The luxurious bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a sink and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor.
A car can be parked directly at the accommodation.
The garden is completely fenced and offers plenty of space. On the terrace, there is a covered lounge area that invites you to relax and enjoy. Comfortable garden chairs, garden table, and sun loungers are available.

Pets (maximum 1) are welcome. Please register when making a reservation.
Extras
Washing machine, clothes dryer, Wi-Fi, and digital TV are available. The accommodation is a non-smoking house.
Swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool in the park is 50 m away and offers enough space for relaxation. The water is heated, and the pool is open from May 1st to mid-September.

From Amsterdam A9 towards Haarlem/Alkmaar, after Alkmaar take N9 towards Den Helder. At St.Maartensvlotbrug, cross the floating bridge over the North Holland Canal, continue straight for 2.6 km. When you arrive in the village of Sint Maarten, continue straight for 700 m over Hoge Buurt and Dorpsstraat. Then turn left onto de Wielen. The entrance to Recreatiepark de Wielen is 170 m on the right side.
