Set just a row back from the water, our new, modernly furnished holiday home "Möwennest" boasts a large garden plot, private parking, and a sun terrace. Our top-modern chalet offers 2 bedrooms, an open-plan living/dining area with a sea view, and a modern kitchen - perfect for sea lovers and a family with 2 children. Your four-legged friend is also warmly welcome.
In the 70m² holiday chalet, you'll also find a modern daylight bathroom with a rain shower, accessible from both bedrooms. The large, bright living area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a cozy sofa, a swivel TV, an electric fireplace, and two comfortable armchairs. Smart TV and high-speed internet complete the multimedia offerings. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area.
The park features an indoor swimming pool (adjacent), playground, restaurant with a very nice outdoor terrace with lounge area. At the reception, there is a bicycle rental as well as electric scooters for rent.
The IJsselmeer right in front of the chalet invites all water enthusiasts with its shallow waters - standing area for swimmers, kiters, surfers, paddlers, and SUP enthusiasts.

Enkhuizen is a city in West Friesland in the province of Noord-Holland. The city is situated on both the IJsselmeer and the Markermeer. Directly from Enkhuizen, a 25km long dike runs through the water to Lelystad, separating the IJsselmeer and Markermeer. Thanks to this unique location, Enkhuizen is very popular with tourists. The harbor and the fantastic water sports opportunities attract many water sports enthusiasts every year.

Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utility costs & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-letting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day on which the declaration is received.
