Finca Na Pruna is a fantastic holiday home with swimming pool, located close to the VIllage of Sineu, in the heart of the Mallorcan country. The property comprehends over 20000m of land, where you will find sheep pasturing on a daily basis.
The house is beautifully decorated and taken care of. It has a large and comfortable lounge/dining area. The kitchen is completed with all appliances necessary.
There is 2 good size double bedrooms and one bathroom. On the back patio, you will find a build in barbeque area and an outdoor dining area and also a nice sitting area with an awning.
The swimming pool is free-standing, but is large enough to fit all the guests comfortably. It comes with a ladder to get in and out comfortably.
Please be aware that the house is located in a forestry area, therefore it is very important that no guests smoke or make any fire outside the allocated barbecue area.
Reservations from groups of people under 23 years of age will not be accepted.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at the rate of €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October).
