Von Niederndorf (Autobahn MAUTFREI bis Oberaudorf) kommend, fahren Sie nach Walchsee in den Ortsteil Schwaigs. Am Golfplatz Moarhof vorbei und die nächste Abzweigung rechts bis zum Bauernhof Stauding und dort gleich wieder rechts abbiegen. Weiter der Straße folgend am Parkplatz Kitzbichl vorbei bis zum Schranken (Unkostenbeitrag € 6,- in Münzen). Dem Forstweg entlang bis zur Hitscheralm folgen.
