Second living area: On the ground floor a small living room for reading and playing, a shower, toilet/washbasin, and laundry room. Upstairs one room with two beds of 200x90 and a gallery room with a bed of 200x90.
The beautifully designed garden (south-west) with terrace is an ideal place to end the evening.

At the marina in Loctudy, you can rent motorboats and jet skis. At the sailing school in Langoz, just 500 meters from the house, you have the option to rent standup paddleboards, sailboats, or kayaks.
