This large and charming house is located only 50 m from the beach in an older neighbourhood of Banyul. The house has 3-4 floors, 100 sqm with space for 6-8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a beautiful roof terrace. It is located in a quiet street close to bakeries, restaurants and shops.
On the ground floor there is a large garage, a hallway and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor there is the fully equipped kitchen and a small glazed veranda. On the same floor is the living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed for two people. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on this floor. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a nice balcony, the other with a single bed. On this floor you will find the bathroom with a small bath / shower and toilet. Finally, on the upper level you will find the highlight of the house: a penthouse with terrace! Here there is an interior with large French doors, seating and a single bed. On the large terrace (15 sqm) there is a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The view over the mountains and rooftops is breathtaking. The house has a garage and a washing machine.

Banyuls is a fantastic place to spend your holidays with your family or friends. You have a large variety of available for all ages : fine beaches, boat trips, boat rentals (with our without a license), jet-ski, deep sea diving, snorkling, canoeing, canyoning, vineyard tours, cultural and historical sightseeing. For hiking enthousiasts the Grande Randonnée 10 starts just outside Banyuls and you can walk for hours in the hills or along the sea.

The train station is located very conveniently in the centre of town, 300 meters from the apartment. You can take the train from Paris, Perpignan, Béziers, as well as Barcelona.
