The living room is about 40 square meters and all floors are economically manufactured and processed. The furniture is modern and has been selected according to ecological guidelines. Accordingly, also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The living room has a beautiful dining area as well as a high-quality leather sofa and a cable TV. You have access to the internet via WLAN throughout the apartment.
The American kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone induction ceramic hob. The refrigerator with freezer has the seal "3 stars, energy efficient AAA". There is also a dishwasher, extractor hood and oven in the kitchen. Only WMF kitchen appliances are available: coffee machine/thermos flask, kettle, toaster, pots, blender. Another advantage is the particularly large storage area and the ample storage space. Tripp Trapp® highchairs are available for younger guests.
The small, functional shower room has been freshly renovated. It has a level shower, a hair dryer, a hanging toilet with a soft-closing mechanism, towels, a towel heater, a step stool for children and a baby toilet attachment.
The master bedroom has a double bed and also a cable TV and DVD player. In the spacious wardrobe there is also a safe for your valuables.
For a comfortable stay there is a double bunk bed in the children's room, where up to 3 people (max. 130 kg each) can sleep. A cot and a bed rail can be used for small children. The TV has a cable connection and a DVD player is integrated. A Nintendo Wii game console is also installed.
On the balcony you can end sunny evenings and have a relaxed barbecue. The grill includes the grilling utensils provided for this purpose. Even on hot days, the awning provides a pleasant get-together on the balcony as well as sun protection for the living room.
In the basement you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron.
Otherwise there is a stroller, a bobby car, a table tennis table and a sled for tobogganing fun in winter. You can use our board games as well as outdoor games.

Our holiday apartment "Glitzeralm" is very centrally located. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment. The town center or the nearby gondola station to the Winklmoos-Alm/Steinplatte can be reached in a few minutes by bus.
In winter, the cross-country ski runs pass directly in front of the apartment. Cross-country skiing couldn't be easier. The indoor tennis center and a supermarket are within walking distance opposite the accommodation. You can also take advantage of a bread delivery service from the Neumaier bakery in town.
Far beyond the borders of Germany, the mountain and ski village is known to be snow-sure. In winter you can expect an attractive ski area with 44 km of groomed slopes, 13 lifts and cable cars and 8 ski huts. The ski area is at an altitude of 750 to 1900 meters.
Explore Reit im Winkl. Lots of excursion destinations and sights also invite the whole family to go on discovery tours in summer. The Chiemsee with its Herrenchiemsee Castle and all leisure and water sports facilities is only about 30 minutes away by car.
In addition to amusement parks, indoor and outdoor pools in the area, there is a high ropes course in the middle of the forest in the immediate vicinity. The area offers a great daily program. Berchtesgaden or the Grossglockner High Road are wonderful destinations for a day trip. Reit im Winkl and the surrounding area are also ideal for bike tours. Fairytale and amusement parks are available for the little ones and await your visit.
The main access roads to Reit im Winkl lead via the German Alpine Road (B305) on very well-developed roads. Coming from Munich, take the Munich-Salzburg autobahn (A8) to Bernau (exit no. 106). From here follow the newly developed German Alpine Road to Reit im Winkl (27 km).
By car you need a little more than an hour from Munich. Alternatively, you can change the Autobahn at the Inntal triangle in the direction of Innsbruck, drive to the Oberaudorf exit and continue via Kössen (Austria) to Reit im Winkl.
Coming from Salzburg on the autobahn (A8) to the Siegsdorf exit (exit no. 112) and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl.
