The recently lavishly renovated deluxe apartment, furnished with genuine hardwood floors and high-quality fittings, offers exceptionally luxurious living comfort for two adults and two children across approximately 60 m² of living space. The bright living/dining area features a cozy sofa, TV with international channels, and a dining set for four people. The open-plan kitchen includes the following features: a ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
A staircase leads up to a mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds and beautiful decor (standing height for adults only in the central area). The second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) is located in the rear area of the apartment and is also exceptionally well-appointed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. TVs are located in the living room and the built-in wardrobe of the main bedroom.
The bathroom, designed with modern tastes in mind, offers a washbasin, a spacious shower, toilet, and a washing machine.
Adjacent to the living space is a 15 m² west-facing terrace with a lounge seating group, a dining set for four people, and a large fridge-freezer combination and an electric BBQ.

Access to the apartment building is through a coded entry system and a parking space is available directly in front of the building.

The deluxe apartment is located at the entrance of Les Issambres in an exceptionally good and quiet location. From this spot, you can reach the beach in about 200 meters, the nearest supermarket and restaurants, as well as the ferry to St. Tropez in 350 meters. The town center with all shops for daily needs, more restaurants, and bistros is about 1,000 meters away. An ideal location for a "car-free holiday".
