Moving into this well-equipped, stylish vacation home, you immediately come to rest: in the living and dining room with open kitchen there is a cozy sitting area with two sofas. At the large dining table you can enjoy your coffee in between or enjoy the view outside. If you prefer to watch a movie on TV, you just have to reach for the remote control. The kitchenette offers everything that makes hobby cooks happy. And everyone else too, because you don't have to fiddle around with the dishes, the dishwasher takes care of that. You can sleep well in the spacious bedroom with double bed, which also offers plenty of storage space in the closet. For all those who also like to sit outside at home, there is a private outdoor seating area reserved on the large terrace - an extended living room, so to speak, where it is wonderful to sit and chat. Perhaps with a glass of Lake Constance wine?

The vacation apartment is located in a quiet, very sought-after semi-hilly area of Überlingen. The nearest shopping facilities are only a few minutes away and you can reach the waterfront in about 20 minutes on foot. Where happy summer lovers patiently wait in line at the ice cream parlor. Where you can stroll through the narrow streets, browse in small boutiques, sit on the steps by the water and dangle your feet in the pleasant water. Then, when you've been to the lido, done some water sports and won at mini golf, you can start thinking about your next trip to the area. By boat to the island of Mainau? Or would you rather cycle along the Lake Constance cycle path to the next refreshment stop?
