The villa is located in the western part of Istria, in the village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec.
In Porec, you will find everything you need for a quality holiday: supermarkets, banks, post offices, restaurants, entertainment, and beaches. The first market is just 1 km away and is located in Baderna.
The nearest beach is in Porec, but we recommend exploring the beaches along the entire Istrian coast.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you when this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another time in 2023 or 2024. The deposit made for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
