The village sits nestled in an idyllic spot in the Palatinate Forest and allows our guests to embark on numerous day trips – including to the southern Wine Route, the Dahn Rockland and to France (Alsace) – without having to travel long distances.
The MTB park and the extensive network of hiking routes also mean it's absolutely possible to leave your car behind.
You can go shopping in Pirmasens (approx. 20 km), Kaiserslautern (approx. 30 km) and at the Zweibrücken Designer Outlet Centre (approx. 35 km).
Sitting 500 m above sea level, Leimen often offers a fairytale winter landscape in the winter months.
Getting there
Coming from the north, take the A 6 near Kaiserslautern, then the B 48 to Johanniskreuz and continue on the L 496.
Or coming from the south, take the B 10, the B 48 and the L 496.

Host informationHello! We are Anne and Christian Bode from Leimen. As soon as we bought this property at the beginning of 2022, it was clear to us that we simply had to make the house and garden available to guests. Although we would have loved to have moved in ourselves, it really does make an excellent holiday home for our guests. Anne and I are passionate about taking care of all the work that needs doing in and around the house so that our guests enjoy their stay and look forward to coming back.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in Leimen (Pfalz) vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt: geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert, durchdacht aufgeteilt und insgesamt sehr stimmig.
Besonders schön ist der große, gepflegte Garten, der viel Platz bot und den Aufenthalt noch einmal deutlich aufwertet.
Die Küche ist für die Selbstversorgung hervorragend ausgestattet, besser hätten wir es uns kaum wünschen können. Auch die Zimmer und Bäder sind für ein Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich gut.
Hervorzuheben sind außerdem der vorbildliche Brötchenservice sowie die sehr hilfreichen und passenden Empfehlungen, sowie die sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgeber.
Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln und würden dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
