Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has occurred to a lesser extent than calculated.

In Val Prino, there are many beautiful hiking opportunities and mountain bike tours. Along the sea, there is a long-distance cycle path to San Remo following the former railway line. Cultural offerings include Imperia, Nice, Dolceacqua, Bussana Vecchia, and many other historical places nearby.
Holiday destination
Casa Amica is located in the romantic village of Tavole, a district of Prela in the Val Prino. The location is quiet, surrounded by other village houses and their gardens. The view of the surrounding olive groves is wonderful. The house is accessed via a narrow road. The parking spot is about 30 meters from the house. The nearest beach in Imperia is about a 20-minute drive away.
Some beautiful swimming holes can be reached on foot if you follow the road to Villa Talla. In the village, there is a typical restaurant, and a charming village shop can be found in Molino di Prela, the neighboring town.
From the doorstep, you can take various beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours. A refreshing dip in the swimming holes is always an experience. The area is known for the cultivation of the famous Taggiasca olives, so there are many small oil mills that also sell olive oil.
Getting there
A car is recommended, but you can also arrive by train and bus. The bus stop is 500m from the house.
