Villa Lukrida is a newly built villa, near the town of Zminj, but thanks to its location offers complete privacy and peace. The Villa is situated on a large piece of land. Surrounded by meadows and forests. The house has a large pool and a covered terrace with dining table. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. In the common area there is a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, TV . The kitchen is fully equipped. At your service are: beach chairs, towels, bed linen, wi-fi, use of air conditioning, parking.

Holiday destination

Zminj is a city located 30 km north of the city of Pula with its old city centre sitting at 320 m above sea level and the newer parts in its surrounding flatlands.
The restaurants,market,bars,are 1km from the Villa.
The regions surrounding Zminj are fascinating due to their development in agritourism and excursions to the caves of “Festinsko Kraljevstvo”. Zminj surrounding rural catering establishments are known for their authentic Istrian cuisine and traditional settings.

Getting there

The best way to come here is by car - only 2 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 30 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem Top Zustand, egal ob es die Sauberkeit angeht oder das im gesamten Haus Fliegengitter verbaut sind oder die Top eingerichtete Küche die alles beinhaltet bis hin zu tollen Pool ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.
Nicht zu vergessen die Klimatisierung die hier hervorzuheben ist und vorfallen das tolle Garten Grundstück.
Das wichtigste aber sind die Vermieter Ines und Dario die immer zur Stelle waren wenn man Sie benötigte, Ines und Dario hier seit die Besten.
Das Ferienhaus ist also nur zu empfehlen

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Villa bietet alles was einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt und der Pool hatte eine hervorragende Wasserqualität. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Es gibt reichlich zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich, vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung. Ein Urlaub der in sehr guter Erinnerung bleibt und auf alle Fälle wiederholt wird!

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes neues Haus mit moderner Ausstattung.
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sich rührend um alles kümmern.
Ruhige, erholsame Lage mit tollem Ausblick über Wiesen und Hügel nach Zminj.
Trotzdem zentral gelegen, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sauberer großzügiger Pool

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Male dort, haben uns stets sehr wohl gefühlt
und bestens erholt. Vielen Dank Ines und Dario
