This modern holiday home towers elevated on a mountain slope in a splendid panoramic location. You already enjoy the view to the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park during your breakfast.
The rooms are modern, spacious and entirely furnished with plenty of timber and high-quality solid-wood furniture. Living room and kitchen offer plenty of space for fun and play. But the great ceiling height, which is emphasised by cosy furniture and a romantic fireplace with sight glass, also adds to the feeling of open space. The extra-large panorama balcony and the terrace ensure delightful hours of sunbathing and star gazing.
Just a 20-minute drive away in the direction of Uttendorf in Oberpinzgau, there are two more comfortable holiday accommodations from the same owner.

The famous ski resorts of the Wildkogelbahn and Kitzbühel Alps are of course a must. However, one attraction should also be on the winter holiday agenda; a visit to possibly the longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the neighbouring village of Bramberg.
This location is a hiking paradise in summer. The Mühlbachtal Valley is a diverse hiking region. Don’t forget: A bag for picking berries and wild mushrooms should always be part of the hiking equipment. The “Rettenstein“ is one of the most distinctive mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps and the ”Baumgartenalm“ boasts a lovely show dairy.
Tip:Treasure hunt in the Habachtal Valley. The natural valley in the Hohe Tauern National Park is especially interesting because of its emerald mine. The Habachtal Valley has the only relevant deposit of emeralds in Europe.
