Charming renovated Istrian house Jugo (120 m2) is located in the village Pilati, 3 km from Pazin.
In the fenced yard there is a heated pool of 24 m2, 1.5 meters deep and a well-equipped terrace.
On the 1st floor there is an air-conditioned living room with dining area and kitchen, a study, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. In the attic there is another bedroom with toilet. The beds can accommodate 6 people and there are 4 extra beds - two on the folding beds and two on the sofa bed in the living room.
The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need on vacation.

Pilati is a small village 3 km away from Pazin.
Pazin is over 1000 years old. With a castle on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a homemade food market, a fish market, two beautiful waterfalls, a river.
Inner Istria is also a good place to visit - small towns on hills, vineyards and olive groves. Whichever direction you turn, in Istria you will reach your destination in less than 30 minutes.

If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled for another period in 2022 or 2023.
The deposit paid for that reservation would be applied to the new reservation.
