Welcome to Istria! Here you will find our beautiful Villa Nina with a swimming pool nestled among olive groves and a terrace where you will spend the most beautiful moments of your vacation.
On the first floor, there is: a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor features a terrace with sea views, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway. Romantic and peaceful bedrooms will provide you with the vacation you are looking for.
The garden of the villa is beautifully landscaped, you can enjoy the food prepared on the grill as well as the scent of the Mediterranean vegetation. In the hot summer days, under the hot Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation at Villa Nina!
On request, we provide a crib and a high chair.
Safe parking is guaranteed in front of the house.

The village of Veli Kosi is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, just 5 km from the sea (Rabac). In Rabac, you'll find beautiful beaches, cafés, great restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife. The nearest supermarket is in Labin, 8 km from the villa. In Labin, you can also find a gas station, an ATM, a market, and many good restaurants and cafés.
The house is easy to find; we will send you detailed directions. We definitely recommend using a car so you can take advantage of everything Istria has to offer.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund you 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
