Take an active holiday together as a family and/or with friends between Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. And when you want to take it easy, relax in our cosy stone pine sauna, play one of the many board games, use our reference library or browse through the many travel and tour guides for the surrounding area. Cook in a relaxed way in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the spacious house and the crackling fireplace. The spacious house allows you to spend a lot of time together on the one hand, but everyone also finds their place of retreat.
Only about 7 km from the Chiemsee beach in Chieming, very quietly located in the small village of Wolkersdorf, this modernly equipped dream holiday home, completed in 2022, has underfloor heating, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen as well as a spacious dining room, a living room and a wellness area with a view of the Chiemgau Alps. The house has two large terraces, a small garden and a double garage. Up to 8 guests (with children 10, toddlers with baby cot additionally possible) will find a home for the most beautiful time of the year in the spacious 240 sqm light-flooded house.
The furnishings are new and of very high quality. Our guests will find a sauna, a fitness bike and various small sports equipment in the wellness room with a view of the mountains. In the dining room, a fireplace ensures cosiness.
Enjoy our house, which we ourselves love and use regularly. Therefore, we choose our guests ourselves and ask you to treat the high-quality furnishings with care. The house is not suitable for party groups, we have immediate neighbourhood.

Explore the Chiemgau, Berchtesgadener Land and Salzburg. Hiking, cycling, golf, water sports, horse riding, cross-country skiing, skiing, culture and much more. In Chiemgau there are great opportunities for an active holiday all year round and in all weathers.
The house is quietly located in the small village of Wolkersdorf im Chiemgau, away from the hustle and bustle. Shopping facilities (EDEKA, bakery, village shop) are just over 1 km away. The Chiemsee beach in Chieming is a good 7.5 km away.
The main town of the Chiemgau, Traunstein, with its many shopping opportunities and sights is about 3.5 km away. From here you can easily reach Salzburg (26 min), Rosenheim (40 min), Munich (1 hour 20 min) by train.
Salzburg airport can be reached by car in about 25 minuts.
You can reach the house by car via the A8, take the Übersee exit and follow the B2096 towards Grabenstätt. Do not enter the town of Grabenstätt, but take the first turn-off on the right after the town (B3). You will pass the Grabenstätt airfield. In Erlstätt you will come to the B 2095 which you turn right onto. After approx. 2 km turn left towards Wolkersdorf. You are now on a small country road which becomes a village road. Cross the next intersection and turn into the first street on the left (Erlstätterstraße), then take the first street on the right, Obere Bichlstraße. At the end of the street you drive directly towards our double garage.
You can travel by train to Traunstein, Traunstein is on the Munich-Salzburg railway line. From Traunstein station it is about 3 km. You will find taxis at the station. The Avis car rental is about 600 m from the station (8 minutes' walk).
Salzburg Airport is about 30 minutes away. From there, take the A 8 towards Munich and then follow the directions under Directions.
Munich Airport is about 1 ¼ hours away, from there take the A8 towards Salzburg and then follow the directions as described under Directions. There is a charming, similarly fast route overland, you can find this via navigation devices.
