Cancellation policy
We hope you do not cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows:
60 days or more prior to arrival: 80% refund of your total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you give less than 60 days' notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you an 80% refund of the total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you leave an apartment prior to the end of your stay, we cannot refund any of your rental paid. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have a company you work with, insurance can be provided by our partners at ADAR.

Holiday destination
The Montorgueil district is centred around rue Montorgueil, a street with all the food shops anyone could want. The street serves as an artery running from Les Halles park north to rue Reaumur. Restaurants and cafes abound, as well as boutiques in the surrounding streets. An often missed treasure just across the street from the apartment is the Passage des Grands Cerfs, one of Paris's many enclosed passages with shops and boutiques.
Getting there
There is a flat rate of €56 from Charles de Gaulle to the apartment or €44 from Orly airport – do not pay any more than this! A taxi from the main train stations will cost €10-€25. There is also an additional charge of 4€ for any passenger beyond the third.

Our experience booking with Perfectly Paris was seamless and extremely accommodating. Our arrival to Paris was made super simple and our apartment had everything we could need. The service was responsive - for example the hairdryer died during our stay and a new one was delivered I think that very same day. Everything in the apartment worked really well and we felt right at home. We have already booked our stay for next summer! On top of being a real person who manages real people's apartments, our Perfectly Paris apartment (Arts & Metiers) had plenty of storage space where could completely unpack, put our cases away, and pretend we were right at home during our stay. The Arts & Metiers apartment is a great location for anyone who wants to be right in the center of the city with easy walking distance to many attractions and many metro lines within a few minutes of the front door.

We stayed at the Rue Greneta apartment for 6 weeks in September/October 2021. Gail met us at the apartment—in fact she was waiting on the sidewalk when the cab pulled up! She showed us around the apartment and explained in detail how everything worked. We had a couple questions during our stay and Gail replied promptly. Our 6 weeks in this apartment were wonderful and we would love to stay here again on a future trip to Paris. The apartment is in a great location near les halles and is convenient to all the sights of Paris. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans that we needed. We felt at home immediately. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and frequented Stoney Clove Bakery, Le Tambour, and Jaipur Indian multiple times. There are many boulangeries around the apartment and we couldn’t decide on our favorite.
