Cancellation policy
We hope you do not cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows:
60 days or more prior to arrival: 80% refund of your total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you give less than 60 days' notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you an 80% refund of the total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you leave an apartment prior to the end of your stay, we cannot refund any of your rental paid. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have a company you work with, insurance can be provided by our partners at ADAR.

The apartment is minutes away from metro Republique, 12 minutes away from Rue de Bretagne with all its lovely food shops plus the oldest food market in Paris, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges, 20 minutes from Modern art museum: Beaubourg and 30 minutes from Hotel de Ville. In the spring and summer evenings, the canal-side is a popular picnic place for local people. Cafés and quirky boutiques flank the water, which is traversed by beautiful wrought-iron footbridges.
Getting there
There is a flat rate of €56 from Charles de Gaulle to the apartment or €44 from Orly airport – do not pay any more than this! A taxi from the main train stations will cost €10-€25. There is also an additional charge of 4€ for any passenger beyond the third.

We spent another 5 weeks in Paris in Aug/Sep 2022 at one of Gail's apartments, the Canal Apartment in the 10th. We have stayed at this apartment twice now. It's a great apartment with a nice view of the Canal St Martin and is a nice size for 2 people for a longer stay. The transportation options at Place de la Republique make this a convenient location. The kitchen in the apartment was wellstocked with all the cookware that we needed for cooking. We especially appreciated the separate freezer and tried a number of great items from the Picard downstairs. This time we were able to take advantage of the outdoor space which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and it would be hard to choose between Rue Greneta from last year and this apartment!
