Cancellation term
§ 6 Trip cancellation
If you need to cancel your trip, you need to send a written notification.
In the event of cancellation, the landlord is nonetheless entitled to the agreed price of the booking.
If the booked accommodation cannot be re-let, the landlord is entitled to demand compensation according to the following conditions:
Up to 10 days before arrival - 50% of the rental price.
Up to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost.
Up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total cost.

§ 7 Cancellation by the landlord
The landlord may cancel the booking after check-in without adhering to cancellation deadlines if the guest is disturbing other tenants/neighbours despite previous warnings or breaches contract conditions to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified.
§ 8 Landlord's liability
As a conscientious accommodation provider, the landlord is responsible for the proper provision of the holiday property.
Liability for any failures or disruptions in the water or power supply, as well as events and consequences of force majeure are hereby excluded.
§ 9 Written form
There are no agreements other than those listed in this contract.
Verbal agreements are not deemed valid.
The booking confirmation acts as consent to the general terms and conditions.
§ 10 Severability
Should one of the rental conditions described above be legally invalid, it will be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the original meaning.
All other conditions remain unaffected and are still applicable.
